I went to Mikala's school today to volunteer. When I got there, the kids were in the physical education class better known as P.E.. They were all outside getting instruction from the teacher in the art of golf. I thought, "Oh, I know this. This will be easy." Well what I didn't take into consideration was that we were handing a bunch of 5th grader noobs a ball and a golf club that could be potential hazards. Half the class was instructed for each child to stand two feet by the cones that were spaced out ten feet each with club and ball. The other half of the class was to go out in the field and get the balls as they were hit. The clubs were not to leave the cones. Yea right. Again the kids were to stand two feet from there cones. Yea right. Holy smoke. It was CRAZY! I told the PE teacher that we (him and I) needed full body armor. Lol! Oh and because the kids were such noobs and hitting the balls with the clubs, of course more grass was hit than balls. Well there set off my eyes and nose. Lol! I must say it was an experience I will not forget and I'm glad I joined the marines. Oh I mean I'm glad I volunteered at Mikala's school. He he.
