Smoken

Lol! So Shane bought a smoker from a friend of ours for $10.00. We had been pricing them but they were a lot of money for a tin can. Any who, I wanted to make him two chickens for dinner with his new smoker. Because the smoker was bought used, no instructions. I thought I knew what I was doing. Lets just say I ended up taking 3 showers from smelling like camp fire. This day too, we had the silliest weather. In Oregon, they say, "if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes." We had everything from sun, rain to hail. Trying to start charcoal was a joke. I started the smoker going at one o'clock. I gave up at nine o'clock. I cant tell the story as good as it happened but the chicken picture says it all. Ill post the picture later.
