One More Day!

One more day before school starts. We (Chris, Phil, Mikala & I) went to Mikalas school and get her class schedule and locker last week. Now I understand why I still have nightmares of Jr. High and High School. Her schedule has 8 classes but there are only 6 periods. Her lock on her locker was so high, she had to stand on her tippy toes to see the numbers. We got her locker changed to a lower one. Today I have to find out about her classes. The schedule didnt say what lunch she had (1st or 2nd). I wanted to print her out a nice schedule with what times she had to be at what class and where it is. Speaking of where, she has a brand new school that is two levels. Each class is on the opposite end of the school from the last class. Lol! I told Mikala, "Its a good thing your young!" I know she will get this all figured out but.........I'm her mommy and I love her to be in my bubble. It was so nice to take her to school and send her to one teacher. I still want to volunteer and Mikala told me she wants me to too so thats good. She is going to be in choir. Im happy for that too. We didnt even ask for it. Well, we shall see how things go.
